If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact Dr. Rudominer or Ms. Kantrowitz within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or you will be generally billed for the time. However, Dr. Rudominer makes every attempt to be flexible with this policy for illnesses and emergencies.

All fees are the responsibility of the patient (or his or her parent or legal guardian) Neither Dr. Rudominer or Ms. Kantrowitz participate in any insurance plans. However, they will always provide you with a statement for services rendered, which you can submit directly to your insurance provider.
